1/4 inch masonite installed as backdrop.

This picture shows the bare benchwork partially covered by foam. Backdrop painted

sky-blue.  (Lucite flat interior latex, Baby Blues, with added dark blue tint.)

The same area of the layout, now totally covered with foam.

Backdrop clouds painted freehand with white and gray primer

spray paint.

Here is a close-up of the leg detail. 2x4 leg with

1x2 bracing. Carriage bolt in leg for leveling.

Shelf Brackets added for staging yard.

First tracks laid on staging yard extension.
