The Augsburg & Concord Railroad Company is a fictional 

free-lanced shortline railroad set in Central Illinois in the mid -1980's. 

It resembles the area once served  by the  Chicago & Illinois Midland.

 The major town is fictional, but reflects the small town feel of 

Central and Southern Illinois.

 

The layout is currently undergoing a major rebuilding project.
The N-scale Augsburg & Concord Railroad has been dismantled.
The new Augsburg & Concord Railroad is being built in HO-scale.
Currently, the layout consists of a 10' x 8' L shaped switching Layout.
